Order acceptance
All goods are offered subject to availability and remain the property of The French Paradox until paid for in full. In the unlikely event that:
- we have run out of an item on your order
- we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment
-a pricing or product description error has been identified
we will contact you to agree on a replacement.
Prices
All items prices are per unit unless stated otherwise. They are quoted in �uro, VAT included.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. They will be forwarded to the addressee via our appointed carrier.
The customer is advised to check the state of the packaging, as well as the contents at the time of delivery, and to check that quantities and items tally with the information on the order form. The signature on the delivery receipt will be equivalent to acceptance by the customer.
A �12 delivery charge applies for orders of less than 12 bottles. Free delivery for orders of 12 bottles or more.
Lead time for delivery (week days): Dublin area 48h, ROI: 96h.
Return/ Refund
We hope you will be totally satisfied with any purchase made with the French Paradox.
In the unlikely event that a wine is corked or below standard, you are required to :
- notify us as soon as possible
- keep an uncorked bottle or send us back as quickly as possible the opened bottle
Postage and return costs will be reimbursed by the French Paradox, except if it is not established that the goods have been damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered under The French Paradox responsibility.
Claims
Any dispute or claims that arise from using this Web site must be made and settled under Irish law.
Minors
Web Visitors under the age of 18 should not register with this website or submit any information to The French Paradox.
Alcohol abuse
Wine contains alcohol, and alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health. You are advised to always consume in moderation.
